One of the best Mediterranean places I've been to in Denver. I think the move is to get a few hummus and dips, as the fresh pita is quite filling. We shared a branzino, which was absolutely delicious with plenty of garlic and herbs sauce. Some hidden bones, but mostly perfectly fileted. A bit lukewarm on the crispy eggplant because the crust was a bit thick with a mushy interior. Cocktails were really solid. La Chouffe Belgian strong blond went well with all of the dishes. Top notch presentation and service all around.

Nice middle eastern mix restaurant. Got recommended by a friend. Nice atmosphere overall. A little confusing the entrance it is inside a hotel. Server was courteous and very helpful. If you sit outside there are no heaters. They serve family style. We got hummus and pita then some salad and then some protein portions were okay for 4 people. Food had great flavor Overall great place.

This place is different and fun. Food was phenomenal!! All food was shared plates, drinks are playful and delicious and it was great for a date night. I don't take 5 star ratings lightly but no detail was missed here. Our server was super attentive, kind and was very knowledgeable about their menu. Her recommendations did not disappoint.

We had the buffet brunch. Insanely good. Everything 10/10. One of the best food experiences I had in the US. I’m posting this 1 year later because I still dream about the day I can go back. Service also fantastic and beautiful setup.

We had such a wonderful experience at Safta! The food was truly top-notch – some of the best Mediterranean we’ve ever had. We tried the whipped feta, baba ghanoush, fatoush salad, lamb kebabs, crispy eggplant, and ended with the baklava cheesecake. Every single dish was delicious, but the standouts for us were the whipped feta, the crispy eggplant, and that incredible cheesecake. The pita deserves its own mention – pillowy soft, warm, and flavorful – it was easily some of the best pita we’ve ever had and the perfect vehicle for all of the amazing spreads. Our server, Jen, made the experience even better. She was fun, warm, and attentive, helping guide us through the menu and making us feel like friends by the end of the night. Overall, Safta is a gem in Denver. Exceptional food, welcoming service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to linger. We can’t wait to come back!

I had dinner here once before and thought the space was beautiful, but the food didn’t leave a lasting impression. Perhaps I just ordered the wrong dishes. However, when I returned for their weekend brunch buffet, I was BLOWN AWAY! The variety was incredible, with every dish expertly prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. My greedily-stacked plate doesn’t do the food justice At buffets, I usually focus on the meats and seafood. But here, even the vegetables were highlights. I never imagined I’d go back for seconds (and thirds!) on cabbage, but I couldn’t get enough. This is definitely my favorite brunch buffet in the Denver metro area. The restaurant itself is gorgeous too—spacious, elegant, and trendy. My only complaint is that the buffet lines can get quite long, leading to some long waits. But the waits were well worth it!

I enjoyed every part of my experience here! This restaurant is very hyped but I’m happy to say it lived up to my expectations. The pita was so soft and fluffy and I probably would have been happy to have a bunch of it and try all the different dips and not even order anything else! The whipped feta was my favorite! I’m glad we did try the other food though, with the falafel being my favorite.

HOW did this place earn 4.5 stars?! We arrived without a reservation, early, to a fairly empty restaurant on Friday evening. We opted for the bar because we didn't want to wait 15 min for a table. We ordered two cocktails, two glasses of wine, two appetizers and one entree overall. The beverages were good, service was interesting and semi-unprofessional (we were sprayed in the face with a drink from the staff afar and laughed it off, and had to request place settings a few minutes after our apps arrived). The whipped feta was dense and seemed refrigerated for hours, the mushroom hummus was pretty good, every bite of the pita was gritty from the cooking method - possibly stone fired, but that was a first. Then we got the steak that felt under seasoned and the side was potatoes that were BAD. Maybe precooked and reheated 2-3 times I would guess...Wrinkly and crumbly in the middle, ya know? Overall just not that good for $52 meat. I've been waiting to eat here for years, and don't need to return.
